Tuesdays at 10am and 4:30pm

Join me for Functional Movement, a mat based class designed to help you move better for all the things you want to do. This class is held at The Studio at The Grange, 1027 W. 7th Street, Port Angeles

$20 drop in/$15 punch card. Buy a 10 class pass for $150.

Fridays at 9am

Join me for Functional Restoration, a class designed to reduce pain and calm the nervous system. Class is held at The Studio at The Grange, 1027 W. 7th Street, Port Angeles. $20 drop in/$15 punch card. Buy a 10 class pass for $150.

Wednesdays at 7:30am

Join me for Functional Core, a class designed to improve core function. This class will focus on breath, engagement and all the muscles that together make up your core. Class is held at The Studio at The Grange, 1027 W. 7th Street, Port Angeles. $20 drop in/$15 punch card. Buy a 10 class pass for $150.

Fuse Ladder

The Fuse Ladder is a new piece of Pilates equipment designed to mimic the Cadillac. This is a resistance based class to build muscle and endurance. 


These classes are limited to 4 people ensuring a lot of personal attention. By reservation only, contact Libby to enroll.

Monday at 5pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 9am.

Floor to Core

Floor to core, balance and more: 

Please join me for this 4 part workshop. Each 90 minute session will focus on a different part, beginning with feet and will relate that to core function. If you have trouble with your feet, knees, hips or core, this class will help you understand how to create better function so you hurt less and be active more.


This workshop will be offered again in April 2026
